Terms
Last updated October 15, 2026
These terms govern your use of thermalharbor.com and any order placed through it. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Who we are
Thermal Harbor is a distributor of commercial and industrial replacement components, including cooling parts and industrial drives, operating out of Iowa, USA. Thermal Harbor is not currently operating as a formally registered legal entity beyond its owner — we’ll update this page if that changes.
Orders and pricing
Prices shown for fixed-price items are current at the time of listing but can change without notice. For parts marked “Request a Quote” or “Check Availability,” no price or availability is final until we confirm it with you in writing — the listing price, if any is shown, is an estimate only.
Fitment
Every listing states our confidence level in a part’s fitment to your equipment (exact OEM match, probable, or compatible candidate). You’re responsible for confirming fitment against your own equipment’s nameplate before ordering; we’re glad to help verify it first.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed at the time of quote or checkout.
Limitation of liability
Thermal Harbor’s liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including equipment downtime, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Site content
Text, part data, and cross-reference research on this site are our own work product and may not be copied for a competing use without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may update these terms as the business grows; the date at the top of this page reflects the last revision.
