Warranty

Last updated October 15, 2026

Warranty terms depend on the part and where it is sourced, and we state them in writing on your quote before you pay. Parts supplied new through the manufacturer’s own channel carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Some parts — for example discontinued components sold as new, unused surplus — are not covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty; those carry the warranty of our supply source instead, with the length and terms stated on your quote.

What’s covered

Defects in materials and workmanship that appear under normal use, within the warranty terms stated on your quote.

What isn’t covered

  • Installation error
  • Programming, parameter-setting or commissioning errors
  • Misapplication — using a part on equipment or at a voltage it wasn’t confirmed to fit
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage after delivery that isn’t a manufacturing defect

Making a claim

Email sales@thermalharbor.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We handle the claim with the manufacturer or supplier on your behalf rather than asking you to chase it down yourself.
