We deliver to addresses within the United States. International delivery isn’t offered yet.

How fulfillment works

Thermal Harbor doesn’t hold warehouse stock. Once your order or quote is confirmed, we place it with our sourcing partner, who ships your part directly to you — from a U.S. location for some parts, from overseas for others; we tell you which at quote time. We handle sourcing, verification and support. Parts shipped from overseas are delivered duty paid (DDP): customs and duties are arranged up front, so you won’t get a surprise bill when it arrives.

Lead time

Because parts are sourced specifically for your order rather than pulled from a shelf, lead time depends on the part and where it ships from — it can be longer than a typical domestic distributor, especially for special-order or scarce components. We confirm a specific, realistic ship date at the time we quote your order rather than promising a blanket turnaround across every part. If a date matters for your project, tell us in your request and we’ll flag whether it’s realistic before you commit.

Shipping cost

Freight is calculated from the actual package weight and dimensions and your delivery address, and is confirmed as part of your quote or shown at checkout for fixed-price items.

Tracking

We pass along tracking information as soon as our supplier provides it, to the email you gave us.
